Drying Systems for Flexible Substrates

The DRYWEB series is a high-vacuum drying system for flexible substrates, designed to meet a wide range of drying requirements. It ranges from a compact version with one-sided loading and film guidance to a highly modular version that enables long drying paths in the smallest space. Unlike conventional batch drying systems, drying in the DRYWEB takes place continuously from roll to roll, significantly reducing process time.

State-of-the-art heating technologies guarantee resource-efficient and homogeneous drying to achieve the desired degree of drying. The modular system allows for compact footprints and offers the highest flexibility in plant design.

A PLC controls the automated process and ensures that the substrate is dried evenly within specified limits. A batch report concludes the process and confirms the outstanding quality of the result.
