Thanks to its modular design, the Deltaline V can be individually customized. We offer various versions, including a compact version with only one end, specifically designed for smaller production volumes

The system impresses with its high flexibility in process design – it supports both sputtering and evaporation processes as well as a variety of pre- and post-treatment steps.
